The minor comprises 18 units of Political Science courses, 12 of which are Upper-Division.

Required Courses (6 units)

  • POSC 100 - American Government (3)
  • POSC 200 - Introduction to the Study of Politics (3)

 

Upper-Division Courses (12 units)

A minimum of one course in each of the following categories:
  • American Politics
  • Cross-National Politics
  • Political Theory.

 

The remaining three units may be taken from the afore-mentioned categories or any other upper-division political science course.

One of the upper-division courses for the minor must be at the 400 level.
