Aging Studies Program

 

Message from Chair

The Aging Studies program prepares undergraduate and graduate students to serve on behalf of and for the growing population of older adults. We offer a minor and a Master of Science in Gerontology. Our students go on to be leaders in the field.

Deeyanna Pedersen

Deeyanna Pedersen is graduating with a Master of Science in Gerontology Degree. She currently works for SCAN Health Plan (a not-for-profit, Medicare Advantage, health maintenance organization) as a care team coordinator, organizing health services for older adults. I am excited to see where her career will take her.
