Andrea Rose

Project Director studying cyber behavior and emerging technologies for the Department of Defense

“I was hooked after the first class”

Obtaining a BA in Criminal Justice enabled Andrea to get into graduate school and ultimately led to her first job as an intelligence analyst with a defense contractor. “My hiring manager told me that my degree was what initially drew his attention to my resume,” Andrea recalls, adding, “they needed an analyst to study the extent to which people sel-report criminal offense information on job applications.”

Andrea says “I would absolutely recommend CSUF's criminal justice program. It is a well-regarded undergraduate program. The professors have both practical and academic experience thus providing for engaging classroom discussions.”
