To schedule an appointment for major advising, please see the New Instructions below & provide:
- Your Campus-Wide Identification Number (CWID)
- Your first and last name.
- Your preferred phone number.
- Reason for appointment.
- Attachment of your Titan Degree Audit (TDA) or Unofficial Transcript.
NOTE: Some advising questions can be answered through email. In addition, some advising business may be handled via email, phone call, or by completing online forms.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let the advisor know at least 24 hours in advance.
