Keoni Yim

Keoni started working at the SSRC in September 2022 as a Telephone Interviewer/Research Assistant. He was promoted to Executive Research Assistant in May 2023 and to Hiring Recruiter/Executive Research Assistant in July 2023. In his current position, Keoni is responsible for staffing up to 120 Telephone Interviewer/Research Assistant positions in the CATI-Lab, scheduling, recruiting of new talent, facilitating the training of new hires, and monitoring data collection of Telephone Interviewer/Research Assistants to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures of data collection.
