Jeffrey joined the SSRC in Fall 2017 as an SSRC intern. After spending some time as a Telephone Interviewer, he was promoted to the position of Assistant Supervisor in Fall 2018. Recently, he was promoted to a Lead Supervisor. He provides quality oversight by employing the knowledge he has gained during his tenure at the SSRC to maximize lab performance on all projects.
