Fall 2021 Graduate Advising Schedule

Dr. Chin is virtually available the following days by making an appointment:

  • Tuesdays: 1:00 - 3:00pm
  • Fridays:  1:00 - 3:00 pm


Graduate school advisors provide information and guidance to students and staff on issues including:

  • General Graduate School information, policies and rules
  • Registration requirements
  • Theses and dissertation format guidelines and submissions info
  • Graduation requirements and deadlines

It's important to build a relationship with an academic advisor. They can help you create a plan and find information that will help you achieve your academic goals.

I use an online booking calendarOpens in new window . Please use this online form to schedule a 1/2 hour  appointment to meet with me on zoom or through phone during my advising hours. The booking system will show which time slots are available. Please make sure to include your phone number when making the appointment.
