  • One Faculty recommendation
  • One Emergency Contact form
  • CSUF Release of Liability
  • Personal Conduct Agreement
  • A photo copy of the picture page of your passport (if in process, put "in process")
  • One page (500 word) essay: "Why I want to go to Costa Rica and how this will contribute to my education and personal growth"
  • CSUF-Class Registration Form

To AIFS

  • Complete online program enrollment and submit your $450 deposit.

 April 11, 2013

To H&SS Dean's Office - hssstudyabroad@fullerton.edu

  • Itinerary including departure dates from U.S. and arrival back in the U.S. (if not taking the group flight)
  • You will be notified via email if additional CSUF forms are required based on your Study Plan and/or scholarship acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be a CSU student in good standing with an accumulated 2.5 GPA or better and have accumulated at least 30 units of college credit. All majors are welcome!

You must have a valid U.S. passport for the duration of the program. This process usually takes about 4-6 weeks, so plan early to apply for one.
