  • Cover Sheet (signed)
  • One Faculty recommendation
  • One Emergency Contact form
  • CSUF Release of Liability
  • Personal Conduct Agreement
  • A photo copy of the picture page of your passport (if in process, put "in process")
  • One page (500 word) essay: "Why I want to go to China and how this will contribute to my education and personal growth"
  • CSUF-Class Registration Form
  • Part 1 (CSUF) of Application (signed)
  • $950 deposit

Complete applications will be reviewed within 2 weeks of receipt and participants notified via email of their acceptance into the program.

Transportation from the Pudong International Airport in Shanghai to the hotel will only occur on Tuesday June 11, 2013 at a predetermined time (TBA). Students are highly encouraged to coordinate their flight arrival times in Shanghai.

*You will be notified via email if additional CSUF forms are required based on your Study Plan and/or scholarship acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be a CSU student in good standing with an accumulated 2.5 GPA or better and have accumulated at least 30 units of college credit. All majors are welcome!

You must have a valid U.S. passport for the duration of the program. This process usually takes about 4-6 weeks, so plan early to apply for one.
