Tina Phan joined the Dean's office staff in June 2006. She began her career as a scientific programmer/IT analyst/Web developer at a high technology firm as well as education since 2000, such as Lockheed Martin Operations and Utah State Board of Education. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Information System and Technologies from Weber State University, Utah.
