Titan Helpdesk

The University Call Center is your single point of contact for all IT support issues and requests. They can handle everything from email problems to setting up your mobile device to removing that pesky virus on your desktop. For those who prefer doing it themselves, Central IT offers direct access to their trouble ticketing system called Service-now. To access it simple log onto the portal and click the “Online IT Help” button or log onto Service-now. To get you started you can view the training on how to use the system.

IT Service Catalog Request Form (formally known as IT Request Form) For Department IT Coordinators only

Got employee? A new hire requires tools and technology to become a productive employee. They need equipment and at the very least an email account. To request these items IT has created a process by which authorized department staff called department IT coordinators can initiate the process for getting the new employee the tools they need to do their job. If you are a DITC and need to submit a request visit the IT service catalog site. You will need to complete a training course which is available online. System Service Request Form (for H&SS only)

H&SS IT provides a way to help bring your process improvement or project to launch a new service or product to life by utilizing project management principles. We ask that departments or individuals that want to initiate a project start by filling out a system service request form (for best results use IE). This form helps us to prioritize and assign value to a project by answering some key questions. Completion of this form does not guarantee your project will be adopted but gives us a starting point to understanding how the end objective will benefit the department, college or University. If you are interested in having us provide a new service or product for your department, please take a few minutes to fill out the system service request form. Someone will get back to you shortly. H&SS IT Support Request Form

Having problems with your non-rollout computer for that temp or student employee not covered by Central IT? Did you or your department purchase some software you would like installed? Teach in a computer classroom and notice one of the lab computers won’t turn on? Let H&SS IT help. There are many ways to request our help. Call x3200 if you need help right away or you can email hsstechsupport@fullerton.edu with a brief description of your problem. We also provide an online form that you can fill out. We will respond within 2 hours and provide regularly status updates.

Satisfaction Survey

Did you recently receive IT services from H&SS IT and want a chance to provide some feedback? At the resolution of each problem ticket we provide a chance to give feedback through a brief survey about recent services rendered. H&SS Event Calendar Publicity Form

Having an event that you want publicized? Broaden your reach by having us announce it on the College web site and monitor in the lobby of the Humanities building. You can even tailor your marketing to specific audiences (e.g. faculty, students, alumni, etc.). Simply fill out this form to get started. Contact the H&SS Dean’s office (x3528) if you have any questions. Technical issues with the form should be directed to H&SS IT (x3200). You will need to log in with your campus user name and password to access the form. To access the form off-campus please add “ad\” before typing your user name.

Redeployed Computer Request Form

A redeployed computer is gently used computer that has been wiped clean and has all the application reinstalled. H&SS IT makes these computers available as part of the H&SS redeployed computer program. To be eligible requests must be made for faculty or labs, part time faculty offices, student assistants, or other areas not covered by Central IT’s computer rollout program.
