Research interests: Employment interviews and how they accurately predict the job candidate's personality; employee counterproductive behavior

Brief biography: Dr. Blackman earned her B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University in 1991
and her Ph.D. in social/personality psychology from UC Riverside in 1996.
