Brief
biography: Dr. Buck started teaching at Fullerton in 1974. He received his BA from UC Berkeley in 1965 and his Ph.D. from Stanford in 1972. He has also taught at Boston University, The University of Maryland and UC Irvine. In 1973-74 he worked in Congress on a Congressional Fellowship and in 1978-79 worked in the Department of Interior on a Public Administration Fellowship. He is currently on the Faculty Early Retirement Program and coordinates the Public Administration Internship. He is a member of the CSUF and CSU academic senates and has served as chair of the CSUF Senate. He received the Leadership in Collegial Governance Award in 2000.
