Brief biography: Sarah Hill received her Ph.D. in 2007 from the California Institute of Techonology, and she has an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in Applied Mathematics. Her dissertation is "The Pursuit of Equality through Education Finance Reform," and she is the 2007 recipient of Caltech's Eleanor Searle Prize in Law, Politics, and Institutions.
