Brief
biography: I earned my Ph.D. from Florida State University in 2006. I published articles in Public Performance & Management Review, State & Local Government Review, and International Review of Public Administration. Also, I presented research at academic conferences, including those of the American Society for Public Administration, the Academy of Management, and the Midwest Political Science Association.
