Brief
biography: I earned my PhD. from UC Berkeley. I have published articles on voting technology, and I have book chapters on public opinion and campaign fiance forthcoming. An early stage of my current project on veto threats was nominated for a best paper award at the Annual Meeting of the American Political Science Association.
