LEARN PERSIAN WITH FULL SCHOLARSHIP SUPPORT !

 

CSUF is offering an Intensive Immersion Language Program in Persian through the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures. This unique opportunity offers you the chance to develop professional language skills that are much in demand and will greatly enhance your resume.


If you are accepted into this program, you will devote six weeks during the CSUF summer term 2008 with a small number of other students in an intensive immersion program. This learning experience will be followed in academic year 2008-09 with continuing study of Persian at Cal State Fullerton or elsewhere.  A summer 2009 study abroad project culminates the program.


All expenses (instruction, books, field trips, overseas travel) are paid.  If you are selected to participate, you will be expected to demonstrate commitment by fully applying yourself to the goals of the program and following it to completion.


Other campuses participating in the CSU Summer Language Initiative are: California State University Long Beach, offering Chinese; California State University, San Bernardino, offering Arabic, California  State University, Los Angeles, offering Korean and California State University, Northridge, offering Russian.
