2010-2011 Scholarship Winners
The 2010-2011 Gerontology Scholarship recipients were announced and honored on May 6 at the Gerontology Scholarship Reception, which were attended by scholarship donors, scholarship winners, Gerontology faculty, and Gerontology alumni. The three gerontology scholarships awarded by CSUF Gerontology Academic Program are considered prestigious and widely recognized in the field of aging study.
The Gerontology graduation celebration was held in conjunction with the Scholarship Reception and quite a success. The Gerontology Alumni Association (represented by the Association’s President Linda Ormes and its alumni officers) and the Sigma Phi Omega student group co-sponsored the event with the Gerontology Academic Program.
