Position Open for Program Director of CCRC in Anaheim, CA
Front Porch Communities and Services and the new CCRC, Walnut Village in Anaheim, is currently interviewing candidates for the position of Director of Programs. Here is the job description:
- The Director of Programs Will manage staff, plan and execute the workings of the Activities Department Supervises the Activity Department(s) and related staff. Programs Director ensures the implementation of the Front Porch Vitality Initiative by planning and carrying out comprehensive programming, activities and events addressing the six dimensions of whole person wellness. Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction. Follows all federal, state and corporate policies, health codes and guidelines. Staffs, trains and supervises activity assistants. Is fiscally responsible for creating and maintaining departmental budget. Ensures active collaboration with outside community organizations. Coordinates all on and off campus events which may require transportation. Is able to operate the appropriate audiovisual equipment necessary to running comprehensive programs.
