    Site provides comprehensive wetlands information to the general public, the educational community, and government agencies. It is a compilation of public and private sector information, including maps, environmental documents, agency roles in wetlands management, restoration and mitigation activities, regulatory permitting, and wetland policies. - site intro.   • NOAA Restoration Center
    The NOAA Restoration Center is a part of the Damage Assessment and Restoration Program (DARP) and, as such, participates in pursuing natural resource damage claims. Goals of the organization include: To restore degraded coastal and estuarine habitats that are used by or are beneficial to NOAA trust resources; To advance the science underlying coastal habitat restoration and developing improved technology for archiving successful restoration; and To transfer restoration technology to the private sector, public, and other governmental agencies at the federal, state, and local level. - site intro

    Site provides access to data and information relevant to wetlands.
