Cross-Disciplinary Classes

Due to the broad interdisciplinary nature of the ENST Program, ENST students are given a great deal of choice in terms of the breadth and variety of cross-disciplinary courses that may be added to the ENST study plan. Please refer to the Suggested Course Listing of courses that are offered across the CSUF campus that may be added to the ENST study plan.

Please Note: This is only a list of SUGGESTED courses which means that others may be included if the student is able to establish the relevancy of the course to his or her specific study plan. Students are encouraged to seek counsel from the ENST Program Coordinator or the Associate Coordinator before registering for courses that have not been included on this list.

400/500 Level Course Pre-Requisites

Graduate students may be permitted to register for courses even if they do not meet the pre-requisites listed for a particular course. It is generally left up to the discretion of the instructor to decide whether or not pre-requisite(s) may be waived. This is done on a case by case basis in which graduate students are expected to contact individual instructors well in advance of the registration period to request an exception.

If an instructor does decide to waive pre-requisites, the onus is left on the student to take the initiative to learn the required pre-requisite material on his or her own.
