Research interests: Critical theories of race and inequality, Schools and urban communities, and African American student achievement

Brief biography: Dr. Donnor earned his doctorate from the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Wisconsin-Madison August 2005. He is a former post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Education at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Donnor is currently working a book entitled, Programmed for Failure: Toward an Understanding of the Education of African American Male Student-Athletes, contracted with Peter Lang Publishing.
